CSM has experience with the design and installation of a wide variety of networks ranging from small, 2 -5 machine systems to large 40-50 PC networks . We can maintain and troubleshoot existing networks to identify bottlenecks, trace problems, and enhance efficiency. CSM also provides experienced personnel to staff corporate help desks.
CSM has a great deal of practical experience in upgrading a variety of network operating systems. Our team has successfully completed a large scale, 150-machine upgrade. This project was planned and implemented over a period of 6 months and was designed to minimize the impact on the end user. CSM added valuable experience in planning the upgrades in the most efficient manner possible. This bank of experience saves our clients money and prevents lost productivity during the upgrade process.
