CSM also offers specialized training services. We can train users on new operating systems after upgrades, or on new applications, including the most popular application suites on the market today. These training courses can be tailored for individuals or groups, and are custom designed depending on the needs of our clients.
At CSM, we do more than just hire instructors to train classes. We spend a great deal of our resources behind the scenes, developing the most effective customized training session possible by researching adult education and computer training trends. Most companies develop training from a traditional computer consulting perspective based on maximization of billable hours; we believe in spending the additional time by thoroughly analyzing the client’s needs with the most up to date information at our disposal.
CSM also offers a specialized service for executives who wish to establish a work environment in their homes. We will provide an analysis of their needs, then provide hardware and software purchase recommendations, configure the machine, and train the executive. One of our consultants will then synchronize the user’s data between home and office. This increases efficiency by keeping both machines current with minimal work on the part of the user.
